Terms & Conditions of Sale - Alientime.sg

1. Introduction
Alientime.sg is an online marketplace operated by MIDAS GLOBAL CAPITAL PTE LTD ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made on our website and through our platforms. By completing a purchase, you ("the Buyer") agree to be bound by these terms in full.

2. Sales Policy: All Sales Are Final
All transactions are considered final upon completion of payment. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any watch unless it is found to be not in the reasonable condition as described at the time of sale. The Buyer is solely responsible for reviewing all details, photographs, and descriptions of the watch before committing to the purchase.

3. Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve a watch. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, except if the watch is found to be in poor condition, materially different from its description, or if we cannot fulfil the sale for any reason. The deposit will be applied toward the final purchase price.

4. Collection & Acceptance of Goods
The Buyer must collect the watch and pay the remaining balance within 7 calendar days of the deposit payment date. Goods are considered fully inspected and accepted by the Buyer at the moment of sale and collection. If the Buyer fails to collect the watch within the stipulated 7 days, we reserve the right to relist and resell the watch, and the deposit will be forfeited.

5. Limited Warranty
Alientime.sg provides a 12-month limited warranty to the original purchaser, valid from the original date of purchase.

  • What is Covered: This warranty is strictly limited to mechanical defects in the movement.

  • What is NOT Covered: This warranty does not cover:

    • Accuracy or timekeeping performance (which is expected to be within manufacturer specifications).

    • Water resistance or damage caused by water intrusion.

    • Batteries, crystals, dials, hands, bracelets, straps, clasps, crowns, or any other non-movement component.

    • Pre-existing conditions or flaws that were disclosed or should have been reasonably apparent during the Buyer's pre-purchase inspection.

    • Any watch that has been misused, mishandled, or damaged due to accident, neglect, exposure to magnets, extreme temperatures, or moisture.

6. Warranty Voidance
The limited warranty will be rendered immediately void if:

  • The watch is serviced, repaired, or tampered with by any party not authorized by Alientime.sg.

  • The watch shows signs of impact damage, accidental damage, or water damage.

  • The watch's ownership is transferred from the original purchaser.

7. Authenticity Guarantee
We guarantee the authenticity of every timepiece we sell. Any authenticity claim must be reported to us immediately upon discovery. We must be given the first opportunity to investigate the claim and facilitate verification at an authorized service center before any other action is taken by the Buyer.

8. Acknowledgement of Pre-Owned Goods
The Buyer acknowledges and understands that they are purchasing a pre-owned watch (unless explicitly stated as new) and accepts that it may exhibit signs of previous wear and tear consistent with its age. These characteristics do not constitute a mechanical defect and are not grounds for a return or refund.

9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
